Hola! Welcome to Thelma Ceballos Meyers’ office! I am a life-time resident of Louisiana. Graduated high school from Warren Easton, in New Orleans and continued my education at Tulane University. I am fluent in Spanish and English. I strongly believe in giving back to the community, as I am the former President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce New Orleans, a volunteer AARP Smart Driver Instructor since 2013 and a member of the AARP Diversity Council Board Member since 2014. I am also on the board for Jefferson Workforce Development since 2016. During my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and traveling. You can even find me at local festivals, enjoying the local music and food. I am also very much into fitness and participate in Triathlons. Completed my first Ironman 70.3 at Wilmington, N.C., October 2023, it was grueling yet fulfilling!
